Monthly, semi-annual and annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except:

• If there was a technical error in the payment (duplicate or incorrect charge).

You have 7 business days from the payment to request a review in these cases.

2. Featured plans and promotional services

Featured profile plans and promotional services are non-refundable, as the benefit is activated immediately.
